FWA WANTS YOUR PHOTOS!
Karen Lieb, Photography Chair for the 2008 FWA Conference is putting together a slideshow for the conference and needs your help. What kind of photos is she looking for?
- group photos of every FWA writer's group
- 2007 conference photos: before, during, and after
- 2007 conference volunteers
- FWA writers holding and/or signing their books
- Local conference, meeting, or event photos
- Any photo of a FWA member
- "This is my inspiration" photos (babies, cats, dogs, scenery, etc.)
Be sure to include a blurb about what the photo means to you
- Funny photos
- Travel photos
Karen welcomes your submissions and ideas. She'll use as many photos as she can for the slideshow, but can't promise that yours will be included. Please send high-res digital photos and write "FWA Photos from ____" in the subject line. Don't worry about red eyes or excess stuff in the photo -- Karen will fix and crop any photo. If possible, please let her know the names of people in the photos, which writer's group they belong to, when and where it was taken, and who took the photo.
To make sure your group is represented in the slideshow, remember to grab a camera and take some pictures at your events and meetings! Then click on her name to email them directly to: Karen Lieb

If you are already an FWA member, you must register for the site before you can contribute to the forums or renew your membership. Non-member must also register for the site before they can use the forums or begin the membership process.
Site registration is FREE!
FORUMS: Once you register for the site, you can access the forums. In the forums, writers can meet, mingle, seek advice, or share wisdom about the thing you love most -- writing. Forum threads include discussions about:
- Publishing
- Querying Agents
- Fiction, Nonfiction, Memoirs, Poetry
- And more...
